Health Protocols
These various health protocols cover a range of topics regarding personal health that should be iterated daily (or close to it). I encourage you to add some of these into your daily routine. If you don’t have a daily routine, start with some of these. I recommend tracking your progress; a daily checklist would be good to keep and check off until your routine becomes second nature.
NOTE: The duration and frequency of your workouts and routines is up to you. Be consistent and try to gradually increase both parameters with time.
